My very first warp

After watching video's from Jette Vandermeiden on YouTube and reading all kinds of weaving blogs and articles I finally found the courage to make my first warp.
I carefully made a simple plan for a scarf with cotton and wool already in stock.


So far, so good.......

With a little help from my friends........

We did it Ria: dankjewel ;)


Because I made a 3/1 twill, the two sides where different. So next time I'll make a 2/2 twill.

I like the colored side better!

Perfect straight selvedges according to the owner of the weaving material shop nearby. And the twill was very even for a first time weaver.........(blush).
