Beginnings: the loom

A wish I had for many years came true when I inherited this weaving loom:
One problem: we didn't have a clue how it was supposed to look. We weren't even sure if we had all the parts.
Luckily there is internet and we knew the brand and type of the loom:
After a couple of adjustments the loom was complete.
How to start weaving?
