After a year of non-weaving, but a lot of sewing clothes and knitting a lot of socks, I really had to start this project, that was given to me by my friend Ria for my birthday last year:
Although there was a "pattern" enclosed, I still decided to make my own weaving sheet.
This is the step I like the most: everything organized, only the heddles and the reed have to be sorted ....
Ready to weave! Oh no!!! Three broken warp threads.
YouTube was a savior, again: "Fixing a broken warp thread". I used little plastic boxes with pebbles as weights.
Good to go!
