Polka dot

I wanted to make something for my niece whose mum my loom belonged to. She is crazy about red and white polka dots. So find a polka dot pattern on the web: not that easy!
Finally I settled for this pattern.

Getting better at organizing all those threads, but still a bit insecure.

After several tries with warp threads per centimeter, I settled for 12 threads per centimeter. The resulting cloth is sturdy enough for a backpack.

Weaving is the least time consuming job in the whole process ... :)

Found several patterns on Pinterest, but in the end patterned out a little backpack that we already have.

I'm very happy with the result, including my own label: La Petite Taupe
